Including the management fee depends on the landlords. The price will be updated frequently, but the apartment market changes every day. Thus, please contact us to get the latest information about the apartments.
In additional to the rent, the apartment will have the fees for the building management, electricity, water, the internet, the parking,... (if any). You can pay these fees by yourself or the landlord will support you it, which depends on each case.
The currency is USD on our website. The current exchange rate is 24,000 VND per USD. It will fluctuate following the market. Please contact us to get best price!
We usually work for long-term contracts. Therefore, the contract will last from 6 months, 1 year, 2 years.

The landlord can provide Tax documents, but the level of support depends on each landlord. Please inform us at the beginning if you need Tax documents!
After you finish signing the contract with the landlord, they will do the online temporary residence registration for you. It is valid. During your stay, when you have the new visa/ TRC, please send to them to update the registration! In case you need the certificate stamped by the Police Station, the landlord will support the fee (if any) for the first time.
